Terms and Conditions
- All packages must be pre-purchased & shoot sessions booked in advance.
- Our Package Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
- The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, is not redeemable for cash and may only be used for the Package purchased.
- The Credit offered in the Into Package will be used towards any wall artwork purchased.
Midweek and Weekend Sessions
- The Midweek session is valid Monday – Friday, between 9.30am and 6.00pm.
- The Weekend session is valid on a Saturday only, between 10am and 1pm
- Note : Shoot sessions run strictly to times booked. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time. If you are late, we cannot overrun into the next session.
Cancellation & No Shows
- Cancellations within 48hrs or a “No-Show” for a booked studio session will results in forfeiture of the voucher. Proceeds will be used to compensate our staff commitments for the “no-show” session

General Information
Pre-Shoot Consultation will cover the following:
- preferences for clothing, hair & makeup
- lighting and background options
Basic grooming includes a hair check, clothes straightened and face powder if necessary.
Image Enhancement includes editing, colour & sharpening enhancements to images. Blemishes etc will be corrected after consultation with the customer
Delivery and supply of images and art work will take approx 4 weeks depending on laboratory delays and the time of year
